Participants will explore the core principles of soil health and how these practices can be realistically applied within North Dakota’s landscapes. Each session will highlight key themes from the book while connecting these ideas to the daily work of Soil Conservation Districts (SCDs) to help our supervisors envision ways to guide their districts to more success.

Designed specifically for SCD supervisors and employees, this book club will blend leadership development with practical conservation strategies. Participants will discuss how regenerative agriculture concepts can strengthen district programming and enhance community engagement.
