ND-SARE Farm and Ranch Labor and Business Structures Workshop

North Dakota farmers and ranchers are invited to attend a series of workshops and webinars on farm labor and farm business structures, organized by the North Dakota Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (SARE) program. Participants have the option to attend the full day, in-person workshop, the subsequent webinars, or any combination of sessions that aligns with their schedule. Note: The webinars will not be recorded.

  • Reasons for formalizing a business structure and managing risk

March 3: Employee benefits, including bonuses, health insurance support, and legal considerations
March 10: Farm liability, insurance, and risk management strategies

Participants may attend any or all sessions depending on their needs.
