This teaching kit includes a PowerPoint presentation, teaching script with structured activities, handout and a survey evaluation. The lesson was designed based on the input of 400 registered pharmacists and includes a description of some key food/drug interactions, storage/disposal guidelines and activities related to understanding directions on prescription and nonprescription medication containers. It also provides sources of additional information.
