This interactive board game allows 4 to 6 participants to answer questions about food safety from the field/garden to the table. It includes all the game pieces, complete directions and an evaluation. The game has been shown to be effective in increasing knowledge and improving behavior among participants and was published in the Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior.
