The Cooperative Leadership Training Program focuses on core knowledge and skills required to be an effective leader in a Cooperative. Each year there will be a Capstone event focusing on specific topics that reflect critical issues Cooperatives are facing. To prepare for this event there will be rotating core offerings in the areas of Finance, Strategy, and Governance.
The Capstone Level for 2027 will be “Assessing Merger Opportunities & Strategies”.
