The NDSU Meat Lab Bundles Club is a monthly subscription program offering exclusive, theme-based meat bundles curated by the NDSU Meat Lab team. Each month, members receive one specially selected bundle featuring high-quality, student-crafted products centered around a unique theme. The six month subscription is a $360 one time payment up front that works out to be $60 for each box.

The NDSU Meat Lab Bundles Club is a premium monthly subscription program created to deliver high-quality, student-processed meat products to our community. Each month, members receive a thoughtfully curated bundle centered around a distinctive theme. Selections may feature seasonal favorites, game-day essentials, grilling assortments, holiday specialties, or comfort classics.

Each bundle includes a variety of premium products prepared and processed by students in the NDSU Meat Science program under the supervision of experienced faculty. This program not only provides exceptional meats at an outstanding value, but also directly supports hands-on student training and experiential education at North Dakota State University.

Program Details:

  • The First Box will be Available April 2026, Last Box will be September 2026
  • Location: NDSU Meat Lab, 1300 18th St. N, Fargo, ND 58102

  • Members receive one themed bundle per month during the subscription period.

  • Each bundle is available for pickup during a designated three-day window only.

  • Pickup dates and reminders will be communicated via email prior to each distribution.

  • Members are responsible for picking up their bundle within the designated timeframe.

  • Bundles not picked up within the three-day window are forfeited without refund due to the perishable nature of the products.

  • All products are vacuum sealed for quality and freshness, boxed, and provided frozen to ensure optimal storage and convenience
